2. When a representative answers, say that you would like to make changes to your account.
3. Provide the representative with your first and last name, current address, phone number and email address.

In addition, if you have recently moved, married or changed any of your contact information, you may not be receiving important updates from WH Security. Updating your information will ensure that we can reach the proper individual if an emergency were to arise.
