Certified Alarm Monitoring

Our alarm systems are monitored locally by WH International Response Center (WHIRC), which is a leading national central station monitoring partner based in Minnesota.

Five Diamond Designation

Our monitoring partner has held the prestigious "TMA Five Diamond Monitoring Center" designation from The Monitoring Association (TMA) since 2004.

Every WHIRC dispatcher is certified for emergency response and customer service with regular training on the latest alarm technology. They continuously monitor response and call-answering times to provide your customers the fastest, most reliable service the industry has to offer.

There are approximately 2,700 monitoring centers in the United States that communicate and interact with police, fire and emergency services agencies. Fewer than 200 have achieved the Five Diamond designation, setting these companies apart.

UL Certification

WHIRC is also a UL-certified monitoring center that exceeds requirements for redundancy, equipment, alarm processing and training. They have been UL certified every year since 1994 and their dispatchers give you the most dependable, timely and personal service in the industry.

WHIRC is the best full-service monitoring center in the business. They service more than 63,000 accounts in 38 states and their average response time for alarms is just 15 seconds. When your alarm system is triggered, you can depend on a fast response.

The call center is helpful when modifying my call sequence when leaving town. The technical department is always helpful when trying to make changes to my system.
